Certified Master Inspector – Since 1998

Hi, I’m Scott Taylor, the owner/operator of Anchor Property Inspection. Since 1998 I’ve performed many various types of inspections from insurance claims to single family home inspections to large commercial apartment complexes.

For much of my career I’ve focused on faulty product inspections or building products that have been involved in class action lawsuits. Over the years I’ve accumulated an extensive knowledge of these products and the methods for filing claims. In this capacity I’ve secured more than 10 million dollars for more than 10,000 clients. I know these figures are accurate because I’ve personally delivered each and every settlement check to a lot of very happy homeowners and have the thank you letters and the hugs to prove it.

I’ve been successful in my career because I care about my customers. I give each of my customers the personal attention they deserve. Simply put, I love to help people and I think it shows.

Along with your traditional home inspection according to InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice, I offer a free evaluation of any product that is currently or may in the future be involved in a class suit. I know of no other inspector that has this knowledge or offers this service.

I’m a proud member of InterNACHI because of the high quality standards that are set for all of their inspectors.  I’m Home Inspector License #40 according to Florida’s DBPR requirements. My certifications & experience Include:

  • Radon
  • Mold
  • Wind Mitigation
  • Pools and Spas
  • Chinese Drywall
  • Energy Audits
  • Infrared and Thermal Imaging

With Anchor you always get a thorough inspection. We believe that low volume and high quality inspections at moderate prices serve our customers best. We could book more inspections and charge lower fees but that inevitably lessens the quality of the work no matter who the inspector is, and that business model contradicts the quality product that we
provide for our customers.
